Alicia was an undergraduate student majoring in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics (MIMG) at UCLA. She joined the Yang Lab in August 2021. Alicia worked with Zach Dunn on developing new iNKT cell therapies and increasing the persistence of iNKT cells.

Besides research, Alicia enjoyed traveling, spending time with friends, and exploring new places in nature.

After college, Alicia joined the UCSD Biomedical Sciences PhD Program for PhD training.
