Eric Miao Li, Postdoctoral Scholar (2022-2023)

Postdoc


Eric received his Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from the Wuhan University of Technology in 2011, his Master’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Nottingham in the UK in 2012, and his Ph.D. degree in Biophysics from the University of Munich (LMU Munich) in 2016.  Later on, he joined a pharmaceutical company in Guangzhou, China to develop drug formulations. Before joining Yang Lab as a postdoctoral researcher in 2022, he was a postdoctoral researcher at Indiana University Bloomington,  studying innate immune receptor clustering and regulations. In the Yang Lab, Eric worked on Bioinformatics study of CAR-NKT cell therapy, as well as iPSC-T culture and  mRNA cancer vaccines.

After his postdoc training with the Yang Lab, Eric joined the Astrazeneca (Gaithersburg, Maryland) as a Scientist.
